Edison Cavani and Angle Di Maria Shines in the Absence of Neymar Against Nice in 3-0 win

With last night's victory, Paris Saint Germain continues to lead the charts of Ligue 1. The match against Nice was missed by Neymar Jr due to suspension but his fellow forwards, Cavani and Di Maria, didn't let that effect the game as PSG won by 3-0.

The first goal came within two minutes of the game, when Di Maria took the free kick awarded to PSG and sent it flying into the crowd where the Uruguayan striker, who was the closest to the net connected with a header. The second goal was also Di Maria assisted. He sent the ball flying over the Nice players and found Cavani to recieve it on the other end.
A couple of attempts were made by the Nice players to score but none of them were successful. They did have good defence with a few exceptions. The third goal was a scramble for the ball that flew in, between Di Maria and the Brazilian defender, Dani Alves. While Dante, the other Brazilian defender and a player at Nice, tried to stop the ball but ended up with an own goal.

This clash left the Argentine forward, Di Maria lying on the pitch crumbled in pain but he was able to continue in the game. Cavani was seen to be in adrenaline rush throughout the play with two goals and an assist under his name. There was a momentary verbal spat between Cavani and the Nice forward, Mario Balotelli.

Trouble Brewing Between PSG Strikers Neymar and Cavani

PSG won three points in their home game against Lyon yesterday. The match saw a fair share of opporunities followed by good defending from both sides. But it also saw clear signs of trouble brewing between Uruguayan forward Edison Cavani and the €222 million sign-in Neymar Jr.
The two goals scored in the 90-minute game were both own goals by Lyon players, which kept the PSG's 100% start to this Ligue 1 season. The match saw moments of disagreement between the PSG players when it came to taking the free kick and penealty kick.

A free kick was awarded to PSG after a foul was commited by Fekir on Neymar. The Brazilian defender Dani Alves was seen talking the ball away from Cavani and making sure that his ex-Barcelona teammate was on the striking end. The free kick did not result in a goal but later in the match, Neymar assisted Mbappe to a goal which was was announced as a owngoal as Morel had the final touch.
Cavani got his chance to get back at the Brazilian left forward when Mendy manhandled Mbappe in the penealty box. This lead to a penealty goal given to the PSG side. When Neymar Jr went to take the goal, Cavani was seen to have an arguement with him and won the chance of taking the shot. His attempt was stopped by the Lyon goalkeeper Lopes but the power struggle was surely made evident.
Post victory when PSG manager Unai Emery addressed about this tiff, he made it clear that the players had to resolve this fight within themselves. He also made sure to add that he will intervene if necessary.

The PSG boss said "The penalties are to be struck by a few players, one is Cavani and the other is Neymar. It takes a gentleman's agreement on the ground to hit the penalties.

"Afterwards, we will arrange internally for the penalties that are coming in, because I think both are able to score them, and I want the two to alternate in this exercise."

"If there is no agreement, I will decide. I do not want it to be a problem for us," Emery said.

PSG will be facing Montepellier next weekend in there home ground. Will the PSG star duo be able to put aside their disagreement by then?

HUSH! Zlatan- the wise speakest

Zlatan Ibrahimovic, 33 yrs old, PSG striker has been renown on field for his skills had to recently apologise after lashing out "S*** Referee" after PSG lost to Bordeaux on Sunday.
The PSG forward not just used foul name but also stated that France does not deserve a team like PSG, he said, "I played 15 years, I never seen a referee this s***,' he shouted. 'They don't even deserve PSG should be in this country".

It wasn't the first time for Zlatan to make such controversial statement. Here are some of the other such instances of him being a big mouth but with out getting into trouble.

1. “Arsene Wenger asked me to have a trial with Arsenal when I was 17. I turned it down. Zlatan doesn’t do auditions”
For someone who was at the start of his career, it was a bold move. It seems that PSG man never doubted his talent, which brought him thus far!

2. "Can you describe 'Zlatan' - a lot of Dutch people don't understand?"
Zlatan: "I've never heard this question before, I think it's only you who doesn't understand."
Normal people would address themselves in first person basis- I, me, myself. But its was a pretty good answer for a guy who calls himself by third person- Zlatan! (As you must have observed above)

3. "I can play in the 11 positions because a good player can play anywhere on the pitch."
Says the man who can prove it, if given the opportunity.

4. "Swedish style? No. Yugoslavian style? Of course not. It has to be Zlatan-style."
We surely have to put it into academics. So the young ones could master this style.

5. "First I went left, he did too. Then I went right, and he did too. Then I went left again, and he went to buy a hot dog."
Zlatan takes a dig on then Liverpool defender Stephane Henchoz.

6. Reporter – “You’ve got some scars on your face, Zlatan. What has happened?”
Zlatan – “Well…I don’t know…you’ll have to ask your wife about that”
Usually players are the ones falling prey to reporters tactics. Not in case of Zlatan. Wrong question dude!

7. “Come over to my house with your sister, baby, and I’ll show you who’s gay!”
This was Zlatan's response when a reporter asked about a photo of him and Gerard Pique hugging. He sure doesn't make gender discrimination when it comes to verbal attack, coz this time it was a female reporter.
8. "Nothing, she already has Zlatan."
what else would Zlatan's wife ask for her birthday when she's got THE MAN!

9. "Jose Mourinho is a big star ... he's cool. The first time he met (my wife) he whispered to her: 'Helena you have only one mission. Feed Zlatan, let him sleep, keep him happy"' The guy says what he wants. I like him."
This proves that Zlatan does know to praise others, than himself. Even if few! Brewing of a bro-mance?

10. "I heard Beckham's decision and it made me think, who is most deserving of all of the money that I, Zlatan, am paid? The answer is Zlatan. The children of Paris are not leading Ligue 1 in goals this season. I am. I have 20 goals. The next best players have 12. Twelve! If anything, the children of Paris should be giving me even more money for having the privilege of being in the same city as my incredible quality. And so should David Beckham. Call it a Zlaritable donation."
Too much to ask, I guess!

11. “When the red card happened the worst thing was the Chelsea players - I felt there were 11 babies around me.”
The internet meme community sure did live up to Zlatan's sarcasm. When Zlatan was given red card for a challenge on Oscar in the UEFA Champions League 2015.
